I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Caliber Collision in Sep 2016
Interview
Came into the body shop early they saw me in less than 10mins. Interview went great. He told me I was a great fit for the company. Only issue was they position I applied for had already been filled. The job he was considering me for was at another job site. Which i would have to interview with another person on another day. I agreed. He said he would speak with his regional manager and the other stores manager and they would get back to me. My interview was on Monday I called the other office on Thursday cause I never received a phone call. I spoke with the manager and he told me that the Parts position they had open was filled. He offered me a Shop Helper position that I will decline if offered seeing that it's $3.00 an HR less than the original jobs that I was offered. I had to ask about the Service writer position. That he said was open but with out the experience I'm unaware of he will offer that to me. I would love to work for this company just not for the bottom of the barrel type jobs.
