One way, phone call, one on one, one on one, and a phone call. Yup, 5 different touches. The one on one included a mock health coach session. It wasn’t difficult but I don’t really like interviewing for a month+.

Question 1
Explain a time where you solved an issue at work (or something along those lines)?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Calibrate in Nov 2021
Interview
The first step after applying was a 20-25 minute phone call with someone from their recruiting team, then I was invited to a video interview with a coaching manager that lasted around 45 minutes. The video interview included a mock coaching session - I was emailed info to help me prepare for this prior to the interview. After the mock session, the interviewer asked me several questions about my experience and allowed time for me to ask questions myself at the end. Finally, a third phone call was scheduled to confirm my interest and express that they wanted to make an offer. Everyone I spoke with was super friendly and they set up each step of the interview process rather quickly.
