They contact you telling you they have an urgent need to fill a position. They schedule a call and an in-person interview in the same week. They have no plan, no structured questions. They are just getting a feel for the market since they already have two other inventory managers at their site. The "hiring manager" told me that the salary range he posted on indeed was just a range so he could post the job. Meaning they don't have a budget and the position is not real.
