2 rounds of interviews with a line manager, HR representative and Director. The first was a video interview with 6-8 questions about my experience, interest in the company and getting to know me. The second was in person and included a 30 min task in which I was given a press release and had to write an article and series of tweets sharing the announcement. The tone during the first was friendly and chatty, whereas the second round felt more formal and fitting with the organisation's style
