Applied online and was contacted by HR for a phone screen. The HR person was friendly and set up and interview with the hiring manager the next week. The interview with the hiring manager seemed to go well enough and I was told I would hear back in a week or two but never heard anything. A generic rejection email would have been appreciated since I did give up a few hours of my time. Some of the weird things about the job were: They wanted a software engineer working second shift which seems almost unheard of but nowhere in the job posting did they state this. The job has been posted for more than a year which seems like another major red flag. Many of the reviews state that you are expected to work 50 hours a week at a minimum and I definitely got this feeling from the interview.
