Not hard. No real technical question. 3 panel members asking questions in turn. Interview takes around 15 minutes. Attend early so that you dont miss the interview. It will take place in the building you work at. Learn about Caltrans policies.

I applied online, Then received email from HR a couple weeks later to ask about my availability to schedule interview. The interview itself was held online, Infront of a 3 person panel. (camera had to be on)

What different types of technologies does Caltrans use for monitoring traffic?
You go in and fill out documentation with your personal information. You then enter a room where their is a panel waiting for you. My interview had 4 panelist. Interview as 10 questions that needed to be answered in 15 minutes.
