1. Tell me what to consider in designing a device to paint walls, combining a continuous paint supply to an applicator (not necessarily a roller, could be anything)
2. Drug delivery device, using a cartridge with multiple needles. Design considerations, how to test, how to interpret test results.

It is a 3 step process. First is CV screening, then a 30 minute technical interview and lastly 2 hour onsite case study interview. In end they also show you around the facility.

Question 1
The first online interview is with Manufacturing Manager, in which they ask about your background, interests and also explain the role and about the company.
The onsite interview will involve case studies, it best to think about how all their products were manufactured and how can they improved. Focusing on thinking process of manufacturing is highlighted.
