I interviewed at Camp Bow Wow
After arriving at Camp Bow Wow's office, I was greeted by the receptionist and waited briefly in the lounge. My first interview was with an HR representative, where we discussed my background and qualifications. I then took a skills assessment test focused on sales and management. A panel interview followed, with questions aimed at understanding my approach to various sales scenarios. Towards the end, there was a less formal cultural fit evaluation, which included a tour of the facility and some interaction with the team and dogs on-site. The final stage was a one-on-one with the Sales Director to discuss terms and next steps. Overall, it was a thorough process designed to gauge both skill and fit.
- One question that stood out during the panel interview was, "Can you describe a time when you had to pivot your sales strategy to meet a sudden change in market conditions? How did you handle it and what was the outcome?"

I was way over qualified for the position I was interviewing for. The person that called me was driving, disorganized, not ready to answer questions and honestly did not fully seem like they knew what they were doing based on how they described how the facility was being ran currently. I was not impressed.
