10-15 minute phone interview with random person from corporate. This person then set up and in person interview with the GM at the dealership. Interview at the dealership took about 20 minutes and the sales manager also attended

I had an introductory interview with a recruiting manager. I followed up with an email one week later to see if there were any updates. The recruiter said he was still waiting on the hiring manager. I followed up again two weeks later after zero updates and was ultimately ghosted.
