The interview process was about 30 minutes long and was conducted by two interviewers. It started with brief introductions, and right away the tone felt casual and welcoming, which helped me feel comfortable. They asked a mix of behavioral and technical questions about my projects, problem-solving approach, and how I learn new systems. The conversation felt more like a discussion than an interrogation, which made it easier to express my thoughts clearly. I also had time at the end to ask my own questions about the role and team. Overall, it was structured but very friendly and welcoming.
Phone screen, then two virtual interviews with Talent Acquisition team and line manager followed by reference checks. Process was smooth and Talent Acquisition ran the process efficiently. TA was excellent and putting me at ease and staying in open communication regarding the process and next steps.
