Canongate Golf interview questions

1.) Phone interview...Basic Questions 2.) Panel interview...They allow the employees that didn't attend college to ask the same generic not business savvy questions...Where will you be in five years? 3.) They tell you its another interview and put in front of the entire team and allow them to ask questions. They then vote if they "like you or not" for the team.
