I only did the screener call but everyone was really lovely and genuinely interested in what I had to learn more. It felt like they really took a seek to understand approach. I ended up accepting another offer but left having had an excellent experience.

We did a portfolio review and they asked me questions about ways of working
screening interview with HR > portfolio review with designers > design challenge presentation with manager/designer> final interview
all interviewers are friendly and open to listen. HR team is very helpful for preparing next interviews.
After submitting my application via email, I was given a schedule for a phone interview. Following this step, I ultimately received a rejection email. The entire process was challenging but provided a valuable learning experience.
