We are disappointed to see this review as an organization as it is the first negative review we have found in 5 years of our firm. We pride ourselves on becoming one of the top financial planning firms in Austin and believe we are well on our way due to the backing from Guardian, Park Avenue Securities, our people, and process.
This candidate was a unique experience. They made it through our thorough interview process and we believed would be a great fit. Our standard interview process is 2 weeks, but this one took 7 because there was a 16 day window of no response while trying to setup a final interview with their spouse.
Upon completing the final interview we were under the impression we would quickly hear back and move onto the many next steps it requires to bring someone onboard. However, after several follow ups from the Director of Recruiting, her future Sales Manager, and even our CEO, for 10 days, it was decided this was not a good fit. I think the same would be said for any other career path in any industry.
The salary information above is also inaccurate, but fully explained in great detail throughout the entire interview process.
