Standard phone screen with HR followed by an on-site round with the hiring manager (VP) and 3 other employees. Once feedback was given, I was invited again on-site to interview with the COO and another VP. In the end, I did not get an offer, but HR did reach out and was given detailed feedback. I'm impressed with the team and the company. Everyone was professional, but extremely friendly. Sam Zales, in particular, is an all-star executive. Based on my experiences, I would be open to looking at opportunities with Cargurus again.
