Cardica interview questions

Three-stage interview for engineering position. 1. Phone Interview with HR: HR Individual called, and we spoke for about 30 minutes. She asked about my previous work experience and how I found the position. At the end, she described the company's interview process and asked for my availability. 2. First in-person Interview: I spoke with one lead engineer who asked about my work experience and previous projects. I had come prepared with demos and products. It was about 1 hour. 3. Second in-person Interview: This was a longer, ~3 hour interview. The first hour was a technical presentation of my previous work. I presented to a group of about 6 people. Then I had 30 min interviews with either 1 or 2 engineers. One was a technical challenge in which I was given some calculations to do. One was a creative brainstorm challenge in which I had to describe and draw all solutions to a design problem. My final interview was with the VP of Engineering.
