Comfortable and not corporate. They are way into the culture and most of my interview was more of a personality fit conversation that totally went both ways. Structured interviews are commonly coupled with more free form discussions.

Easy phone call then an in person interview. Super short. Following the first interview is a second interview essentially asking basic interview questions with some situational questions. Easy. Easy. Easy. Easy. Gotta get my word count up. Easy.

Easy interview process. First round interview in person with assistant manager where they ask a set of pre-determined questions. Second interview with property manager, where they ask easy personality questions.
