Easy. Just normal interview to see if you fit the the company. There was a panel from the entire department that interviewed me and each asked different questions. Then there was a presentation and questions on teaching styles

Interview
There was very poor communication and disorganization (e.g., my letters of recommendation were misplaced multiple times; people were not where they were supposed to be at designated interview times), That said, the individuals who I met with were very personable.
