They want everyone to be multi-techs ( Medical assistant + NCT+ front desk) It is great to be well rounded, but they require a lot from you. And training is a bit overzealous.
I met with the manager in the clinic for a formal interview and a review of the daily responsibilities of the position. We went though some of my basic skills to ensure I would be able to efficiently perform some tasks. I was also able to speak with other staff individually to get an idea of what it was like to work in this clinic.
