Carmeq interview questions

It consisted out of two rounds. The first round was with the hiring manager and the team. They all asked questions, behavioral and technical. The behavioral questions were not well thought through. They decided it would be a good approach to be confrontational, since this is how they work with other teams. The technical questions were fine, but it seemed as they had no idea what they were talking about. The second round was with HR, the hiring manager and another manager. A lot of behavioral questions which repeated themselves.
