      Business Development Manager Interview

      Jun 8, 2016
      Anonymous employee
      Atlanta, GA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Carolina Handling (Atlanta, GA) in Jan 2016

      Interview

Long, approx. 8 weeks, multiple phone, in person and panel interviews. They started with phone screens and then you move on to 1:1 interviews within the sales organization and a panel interview with some of upper management and other sales officials. You are required to take a personality assessment and mechanical aptitude test in order to qualify for the final rounds of interviews.

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Carolina Handling (Charlotte, NC) in Apr 2024

      Interview

Overall great process. The first step is with their recruiter who was very patient with my questions and more knowledgeable than most recruiters I've spoken to. Next step was meeting with their Director of Sales and then another manager of a different territory. The final step was a panel interview. Although the process was lengthy their recruiter kept me up to date throughout the process and helped me understand what it took to make it to this stage.

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Carolina Handling (Charlotte, NC)

      Interview

Very long process, seems like an excellent company to work for. Starts with a phone interview then about 2-3 face to face interviews. I wish they had informed me they did not wish to proceed earlier in the process, however I understand things happen.
