Carolina Home Remodeling interview questions

I came for an interview and spent about 10 min filling out some paperwork prior to meeting Kim. Kim, the marketing manager, was great to talk to and it was easy to tell that she really enjoys what she does. The energy of the office was upbeat and exciting, and the interview played out the same way. It felt more like sitting and having a conversation than and interview and was very informative, for both parties, I feel.

When I was hired 3 years ago it was very easy. We have new management in sales and cannot accurately discribe how the new manager does his interviews. Our new manager is great! I know he has high standards so I’m guessing the interview process is a bit more difficult than in the past
