Initial phone screening with recruiter, passed on to a phone call with engineering manager. Final interview consisting of 30 minute phone calls with two staff engineers and the director of engineers.

Three stages. First was with an HR person just taking down my info, second was with the hiring manager who basically just ran through my resume and asked general questions. Last stage was a three part interview with the engineering team and the director of mechanical engineering. They asked technical and personality questions to see how I’d fit in. All personnel answered my questions for them well throughout all stages of the process.
