The interview process is quite innovative (during my time) in which although the position I was applied for is a developer role. But the questions that they asked were all about self motivation, management, planning and risk handling related stuff in which I was totally unprepared of. The whole interview process lasted for 3 hours in which the second and third hour were a one to one interview with the senior manager (that I admired alot). I can see the senior manager who interviewed me at that time was really interested in me as a person and want to know my future potential instead of hiring me just to do programming job
