I applied for a few opportunities at Carrier. I listed my friend as a referral. For the next two days I would receive a phone call from two different recruiters telling me that they will not be moving forward with me because I do not have a bachelor’s degree… As if they needed to find any reason to disqualify me for the role… My resume clearly states the experience I have for each position. This was such a joke. They were literally checking the box. What a terrible process.
