HR reached out to me, and after an initial phone screening, I was cleared to continue.
A Skype interview was set up with a panel of department heads, where I fielded questions about my interest in the job, how my previous career translated into this, technical abilities, conflict management, personnel management, and a series of questions to determine culture fit.
Following that, an in-person interview was scheduled, with much the same questions, and a job offer followed a few days after.
