Contacted via email and set up a phone interview. The Interview was simple and not too nerve racking. Interviewer made sure to make it more conversational opposed to ONLY Q&A. The interview lasted about 30 minutes and consisted of typical behavioral and situational questions.

I got an email saying that I was selected for an interview screening a couple of months after I applied. The interview was digital (website/app). There were pre-selected interview questions. You get a couple of seconds to brainstorm an answer then you will officially record your answer on video. Two tries for each question (after the second try your video response is automatically submitted). There is also a limit to how long your video responses for each question can be.
