    Interview

    The interview was an easy process. I applied online. Within 1 week I received a call from the HR Department. I was phone interviewed by them and then set-up to meet the person that I would be reporting to. I spent 1.5 hours at the location for the interview first meeting the direct Manager then other people in the group that I would be assisting. Overall it was a good process.

    Interview process consists of three main loops. In the first the is a filter that is called hard filter. So nothing special. Second is much more interesting when you are talking to generalist about job position. Thirds is about salary and management agreement.

    Applied online, a week later received a phone call inviting for an interview. Group interview took about 30 mins and I met with two managers who I would be directly assisting and an HR guy. The questions were very easy and straightforward e.g. tell us about yourself, your previous work experience and etc

    the interview went on for very long. 2 sessions with different people all repeating the same things over again. Met with the director, product head, and division officer. All were Japanese and had a tough time talking in English
