Cass Precision Machining interview questions

Had 20min interview and was told over qualified for what they wanted to pay for the position! But was made a job offer for the money I ask for 2 days later. Contacted them I would let them know my decision within 48hrs, Only to have them rescind the offer the next day with no explanation that made any sense!!!
