Catalyst Financial interview questions

Multiple rounds, talking to different people. Fairly easy process. They like how I was a disciplined and determined person, as they are a fairly new company and need all the effort they can get through their new employees. For their final interview, they brought me to their office and gave me a tour. About an hour long interview. They didn't give me an offer, they said let us know within the next month when you decide if you want to come so we can put you on our list of final candidates.
