Group discussion for a case of resource planning with customer based. Afterthat is a job description for the information. Lastly is a short individual interview about the job and make an introduction.
Group interview and individual interview , 3 examiners will mark the points. Not too complicated case but limited time , and make sure the task is completed . If not , the examiner can give extra one minute to complete the task

Interview
It was a smooth and relaxed interview. You do a half-hour assessment on the computer first, where they test your English and Chinese skills, and then they ask about your passion/dedication to customer service and give a roleplay exercise where you need to deal with an angry customer on a pretend phone call.
