Two rounds, first round is apt test, second round is group discussion and panel interview.
The apt test is use cut-e.
The group discussion will have two or more employers watching you prepare and want to hear your present.

very welcoming, group interview follow by individual interview. Giving a scenario and present as a group. They monitor your communication and teamwork skills during preparation. You then present to the panel.
