There are two sections for the interview: writing and listening, in-person interview via online. The writing and listening tasks mainly tested your problem-solving and knowledge skills about customer service. The in-person interview asked general interview questions and tested your language proficiency level.

Talk about yourself and why did you choose Cathay Pacific?
The whole process from start to finish was about 4weeks, screening call came several days after application then the actual interview a week after. Offer was received more or less 3 weeks after the face to face interview.
1. HireVue, answering around 5 questions, including behavioural questions and self introduction in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Interview
Starts with a general HR call, then through Hire Vue you will be asked two questions, final stage is with HR, Head of Customer Service and Assistant Manager of Customer Service. You will also be expected to do a speed typing test and a listening test at the final interview stage.
