3 interviews with very nice employees, including the girl whose post I would have taken. The same questions were asked in each interview. I was eventually offered a position, but declined. It seemed that customer service for the company was handled by one person.

Question 1
Describe an interaction with a difficult customer and how you handled it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Caulipower (Encino, CA) in Jun 2024
Interview
I met with three people, all very nice, including the person currently in the role, the manager, and another rep. The person leaving the role had been promoted after 5 years, which made me question if the timeline for upward mobility would work for me, especially considering my experience in the CS space. Also, there was only one customer experience rep, and I prefer to work with a team. The same questions were asked in each interview, all fairly typical for a CS role. Ultimately, the compensation did not meet my needs.

Question 1
Tell me about a difficult encounter with a customer and how you solved it.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Caulipower (Encino, CA) in Dec 2019
Interview
Frankly, the process from your recruiter's outreach - has been in-depth and lengthy (about 70+ emails back and forth). After two recruiter phone interviews, four individual phone interviews, 3 in-person interviews, and three excellent referral phone chats, I was ecstatic to accept the offer. After asking the basic housekeeping questions (insurance, vacation 401k benefits), they withdrew their offer. It was an insane process. Baffled at their ethics and how they treated a (former) fan and human being who put time, effort and energy into this process. I putting this out there because I asked for a response on what happened and they chose to ignore. I have since moved on to a MUCH better position at a company that has integrity and grit. Run, don't walk.
