Applied through staffing agency. Called for phone interview with 2 members of the team. Asked about my background and level of training as my resume showing I have extensive working knowledge with hazmat as I teach it and other EHS related classes. Asked me general knowledge OSHA questions. 1 week later asked to come in for face to face with two I had phone interview with. Went more in depth about position. Went more in depth about my background. More so about my hazmat experience. Experience with clean up and response and my teaching background. Asked my about working with biohazards and cleaning up bio spills. Having extensive knowledge and experience. No issue for me. Was told you will hear from us very soon as we need someone to start now to get up to speed. Almost 7 weeks go by and I continued to interview for other jobs and recruiters contacting me I am asked to come in for second interview with manager with 48 hours notice. And manager asked my recruiter do I have tangible offers out they from other companies. So I told them I did. Was brought in. Manager was 20 mins late to the interview. Walked out at least 4 times in the middle of the interview. At the end of the interview did not remember my name.
