you start with an HR interview and the hiring manager and his manager after. You may need to do some homework. the process itself wasn't very quick and they took their time.

HR and Technical interviews.
HR interview was nice.
Technical interview was weird and not as expected.
Instead of questions, we talked about several topics. Most of those discussed topics were from other aspects of IT World but almost none for the position I applied.
After I finished both interviews, I NEVER heard back from them.
I'd say that's quite unprofessional.
