Cement Australia interview questions

Quick and Efficient. Managers were friendly and Comforting. The process involved Two interviews, one from hr team and another from business managers. The questions asked about yourself, experience, qualities, interest in company, problem solving abilities, team work and relationship building.

Process was good, as it was the first time they were taking a Mech grad there were some hiccups. The interviews were conducted for both Process and mech engineers at the same time, we were split into groups then people were called in for an interview. There was also a comprehension/case study section.
