Interview
Interviewer talked about absolutely nothing but strict adherence to metrics, taking back-to-back escalations, and more metrics. She did not give me a positive impression of the company. No mention of employee appreciation, how the company is taking care of employees during the pandemic, or anything of that nature. If you agree to the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to strict metrics and incessant escalations.
