Overall really great conversation! The interviewers are friendly and have a deep and thorough understanding of the policy issues we talk about. Really enlightening experience. We talked a lot about recent developments in climate and energy policy

One phone screening interview. Interviewer was very perfunctory and generally not very welcoming. Did not have good communication with interviewer after the phone screening--did not hear about progress within 2 weeks of interview. Phone screening took about 20-30 minutes. Jumped right into the interview.
