Once booked - the recruiter pulled a no show and apologised (Not very professional)
Post screening call - no response even after following up with the recruiter via phone/email
Mentioned my app would be sent to the hiring manager - would have appreciated a follow-up after :/

Three-step interview process: 1. Team interview with Product Designer & Product Manager 2. Interview with VP of Product, preparing a well-scoped case relevant to the role and the current challenges at the company. 3. Team interview with more technical stakeholders. Overall, the experience was great, and communication was prompt.
