Central Bank of Lesotho interview questions

Took about 12 months from application to starting role. The interview sessions took about 30 minutes. They were fairly straight forward and included situational questions from HR and financial economics questions from the hiring team

I was called after a week of applications. The process can take way longer though. Five people were on the panel. I think it is important to understand what they do and the global financial markets space in general. Know your CV really well too.
