Go through your credentials then ask childcare related questions through a group panel interview. Staff is very nice and made me feel super comfortable to open up. As every other childcare centre you must provide background check

I felt very comfortable and she was so nice. It was one on one and she asked me questions from a list. I also sang a song to demonstrate my comfort with performing infront of someone since it was something I needed to do infront or families.
