The process was professional. Interviewer asked relevant questions to determine the skills needed.
The interviewer gave a concise background of the company and what was expected of incoming associates
Overall process was average
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Centric Business Systems (Richmond, VA) in Jun 2019
Interview
Organized, explained step-by-step there was two rounds of interviews, then a personality test, then ultimately meeting with a manager doing a ride along and giving a presentation at the end. I did not originally know it was a primarily outside sales/cold calling position, because account executives can mean many things. I was let go of the process during the personality test. The recruiter gave me useful, kind feedback on how I interviewed and wished me luck.
