Initial application then onto cognitive tests which then lead onto an online video interview which requires 4 minutes of preparation and a varying number of answering time available. This then moves into an assessment centre.

It was an in person interview up in Windsor that lasted half a day. Although I didn’t receive an offer, it was generally a positive experience. They made sure we were ok and knew what we were doing

Interview
Friendly interviewer with interesting, approachable questions. It was surprisingly relaxed and they seemed interested in how I thought about the answers. The answers were mostly reflective on the content of the internship, with some logic/estimation questions too
