Anonymous Employee in Columbia, TN
I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Century Park Associates (Columbia, TN) in Nov 2014
The interview process was very easy and was comfortable. The interview wasn't very detailed and described so there was a lot of grey area to me. The manager asked me what my experience was and asked me how I felt about the pay because he said that was at his ultimate limit at the moment due to budget issues. But I highly doubt that now after working there 6 months. The manager took me on a tour of the facility and basically told me that I would be replacing the old activity director but the activity director didn't know it at the time which I thought was shady.
- What types of activities would I provide?

A very wonderful experience. My employer did a superb job and covered all of the bases. The interview was conducted in a good and relaxing atmosphere and the person conducting the interview was very forthcoming about the job conditions and duties. I was treated with respect, offered refreshments, and given the opportunity to express myself in all areas covered by the interview.
- How long do you want to work? Being 72 years of age this was an unexpected question. My answer was, "as long as I can".
