There are two rounds to the interview process. The first interview is a simple phone conversation, and then if you get picked for the second round, it is an in-person interview. The most important thing to note is that the second interview is an hour long question/answer process with four people from the Virology department. They ask personal questions and science-based questions, so be prepared to answer questions based on laboratory experience! At this point did not get an offer, will find out this week.
