The recruitment process contains 2 units: The preliminary phone interview, and the recruitment day in check point.
1. Phone interview in English- basic network concepts needed, and the ability to hold a light conversation in English.
2. Recruitment day, part 1: 2 tests in English- 2 networking related articles, one of them I read before. No need for any preparations, just average technical English and binary adding/subtracting.
3. Recruitment day, part 2: If you passed the 1st part, a practical test- configuring a router. A team leader will accompany you, asking questions on each completed part in the assignment.
4. Recruitment day, part 3: One on one with your team leader.
