This was a multi-level interview process. I had three interviews, one with the direct hiring manager, one with that person's manager as well as one with a peer.
Most of the questions revolved around creating and maintaining certain cultural standards that would allow for a successful team.

- 4th interview with regional director
- SE candidate writes technical exam (multiple choice)
