I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Chelsea FC (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
5 rounds of interviews with various members of organisation, including a 1 hour presentation task. Many many phonecalls from HR with no real updates and then completely ghosted with no follow up. Found out I didn't get the role by it being re-advertised on LinkedIn. Incredibly unprofessional.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Chelsea FC (London, England) in Apr 2026
Interview
I applied direct through Chelsea. Had a screening call with internal TA. Who said they would get back to me by the following Tuesday. I gave benefit of doubt and chased twice after given plenty of time. But ultimately I was ignored. Frustrated that they couldn’t just give me an update or let me know I was unsuccessful. I was very excited about the role and I hit all the criteria and the call was really positive. I appreciate how busy they might be, but when someone has taken the time to apply and speak to someone, a quick email to update or decline - demonstrates that you do live by the Chelsea BLUE values that you advertise - it felt like a disconnect.
Seamless and very pleasant - I felt they were flexible and asked great questions. Initial phone call and then an in person interview before the offer was made so was very fast.
