Chemtool inc. interview questions

Over the phone done with manager, he asked me various questions and he gave me a background of the company. Overall very easy and nice, I did not have to answer too many questions.

Short phone interview to review resume, and confirm background. This was followed up with an face-to-face interview with two individuals, a direct supervisor and program manager. Questions went were asked back and forth to probe for necessary skills related to the position. STAR questions were asked to gain a better understanding of personal actions involved with innovation, problem solving, team work, general knowledge and chemical/lab experience.
