Don't bother to apply unless you are under 35 years old. It doesn't seem to matter how well you do on the tests, or your qualifications/experience. I am an English major who types 60wpm, accurately, and have over 6 years of CSR experience, but apparently, I am not their ideal candidate. I applied online, then received an email invitation for a job screening fair at a local hotel's meeting room. There is a brief test done on a laptop, and then a typing test. Afterwards, there is a 1 on 1 interview. Some of the questions/problems asked in electronic test are designed to see if you are paying attention to detail. Others are grammar, such as the difference between the words "they're, their, and there"--define them and use them in a sentence.

It was really easy. First you get a phone interview and they ask you about yourself and where you've worked before. Then they talk about the position. If you ace that then you go on to have a second in person interview where you go into the building and talk with the recruiter. They show you around the call center and explain further what the position is about. You then take a 25 minute test. It contains the type test. grammar, math, and situational questions. After the test I got the job on the spot and did my background check that day.
